Community Guidelines

The Supernova Membership is designed to be a vibrant community of heart-centered, purpose-driven women with a growth mindset, ready to embrace their next chapter in life. This is a safe space for honest conversations, authentic connections, and uplifting energy. The Supernova community will provide all members with support, accountability, and growth opportunities.

These guidelines are meant to support and protect the energy we seek to create in our community:

  • No Judgment Zone. We bring awareness to any judgment directed towards ourselves or others and instead choose compassion and understanding.

  • Confidentiality: Our community is a private space for members to share authentically and vulnerably. We will respect the confidentiality of the discussions and materials shared within the community.

  • Respectful Communication: We treat all members with kindness and respect and engage in discussions thoughtfully, valuing diverse opinions and experiences.

  • Supportive Environment: Let’s create a space where everyone feels safe to share their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. We will offer each other encouragement and constructive feedback.

  • Constructive Feedback: When offering feedback, do so with compassion and to help others grow. Share your own experiences to support learning.

  • Active Participation: Engage regularly and contribute to discussions to the best of your ability. Share your insights, questions, and experiences to enrich our community.

  • Conflict Resolution: If disagreements arise, address them respectfully and privately. Seek to understand before being understood.

  • Focus on Personal Growth: Do not discuss political views or opinions. This community is dedicated to personal development and empowerment, so let’s keep conversations centered on growth, well-being, and support for one another.

By following these guidelines, we will create a nurturing and empowering space for all our members. 

Warning and Removal System for Non-Compliant Members:

When a member is found to be non-compliant with the Community Guidelines, we will have a conversation, addressing the issue directly with the member. If it continues, we reserve the right to remove the member from the community.

By joining our community, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines. We assume that everyone has the best of intentions and do not foresee having to make these calls, but are making this statement to respect the integrity of the community. Thank you for making this community a safe space for women to respectfully share and be heard.

Cancellation or Refund Policy:

Membership Fees: The Supernova Membership is an annual 1-year long commitment to make the most of the learning and the community building that happens over time. The option to pay by month vs all at once is not a subscription, but rather a payment plan for the full membership fees. Membership fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  1. Within 7 days of joining the community, a member may cancel their membership and receive a full refund of the membership fee.

  2. If a member is permanently removed from the community due to a violation of the Membership Code of Conduct, they are not eligible for partial reimbursement.

In-Person Events: If a member cancels their registration for an event or workshop at least 48 hours before the start of the event or workshop, they may be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. If a member cancels their registration less than 48 hours before the start of the event or workshop, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Other Products or Services: If a member purchases any other product or service from the community, the refund policy will be clearly stated on the product or service description.
